HON. SOB AGUNBIADE MEETS WITH THE YOUTHS

 



In furtherance to the agitation of inadvertent Exclusion of IKORODU DIVISION from the list of members of Lagos State Local Government Service Commission by the State Governor, HIS EXCELLENCY BABAJIDE OLUSOLA SANWO-OLU.


Stakeholders across Ikorodu Division met with Hon. SOB AGUNBIADE on _Friday (6/11/2020)_ at his office in Lagos State House of Assembly to discuss how the mistake can be corrected.


The Majority Leader commended those who had written letters to the Governor and request that more group do the same to call the attention of the Governor to the exclusion.


He also promised to do everything possible to bring the attention of the Governor to the exclusion.


While answering question on whether it is possible to correct the exclusion on both LAHASCOM and LSLGSCOM, the representative of Ikorodu Constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly emphasised that there is nothing impossible if we do not relent.


HON. SOB AGUNBIADE while addressing the stakeholders on his effort regarding the exclusion, he showed us his petition where he addressed it to the Governor and copied the Chief of Staff, the State Attorney General and Head of Service. 


AGUNBIADE also said he is been relating to Traditional rulers and political leaders on the issue. 


The Stakeholders left and assure that we will do everything to ensure that the mistake is corrected.

Igbega Ikorodu's Samson Bisiriyu Awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree

The Convener of Igbega Ikorodu Movement, Comrade Samson Bisiriyu has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Ultimate University of Science and Technology, Republic of Benin. Comrade Samson Bisiriyu who is also a former aspirant of Ikorodu consistuency 1 at the Lagos State State House of Assembly in the last 2023 general elections was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration during the Convocation ceremony of the prestigious University in the Republic of Benin. Dr. Samson Bisiriyu who had been one of the topmost voices clamoring for the development of Ikorodu was awarded the degree in Public Administration for his unrivaled urge for the growth of his community. In a joint congratulatory message by the executive members of Igbega Ikorodu Movement, the organization saluted it's Convener on this current achievement, noting that this didn't come as a surprise because Dr. Samson Bisiriyu is known as someone poised for excellence.
