IKORODU 1: Groups Rolls Out Evidence Showing Need For Rotation In Representation At LAHA

As the 2023 general elections gets closer, group initiates call for equity and fairness to be applied in the process of electing representative for Ikorodu Constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly.

The group citing the doctrine of "all-inclusiveness" explained the need for Ikorodu North and West to also present a representative after other regions in Ikorodu; Central and LG have all been represented between 1999 and 2019.

Below is the historical evidence of various elected officers since the inception of the fourth republic at the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Ikorodu Constituency 1;

 1999-2003.. Hon. Ola Animashaun(Ikorodu LG).

 2003- 2007.. Hon. Sunmi Odesanya( Ikorodu Central).

 2007- 2011: Hon. SOB AGUNBIADE (Ikorodu Central)

 2011- 2015: Hon. SOB AGUNBIADE (Ikorodu Central)
 
2015- 2019: Hon. SOB AGUNBIADE( Ikorodu Central)

2019- 2023: Hon. SOB AGUNBIADE( Ikorodu Central)

Ikorodu North and Ikorodu West we have waited enough...

We call on Our party Leaders and Traditional Leaders to speak out.

If Ikorodu Constituency 2 can do rotation, Ikorodu Constituency I should lead too. 

It's time for Rotation 🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️........

    Ikorodu is typical Ikorodu,When we talk of rotation ,it's need a critical survey .
    Ikorodu township consists of Ijomu ,Isele, and Aga.The West ,north and central local governments areas not town.If u can do ur research very well Samson Bisiriyu and some of the aspirants are from same quarters in Ikorodu.So don't equate Ikorodu1 with 2.

Igbega Ikorodu's Samson Bisiriyu Awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree

The Convener of Igbega Ikorodu Movement, Comrade Samson Bisiriyu has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Ultimate University of Science and Technology, Republic of Benin. Comrade Samson Bisiriyu who is also a former aspirant of Ikorodu consistuency 1 at the Lagos State State House of Assembly in the last 2023 general elections was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration during the Convocation ceremony of the prestigious University in the Republic of Benin. Dr. Samson Bisiriyu who had been one of the topmost voices clamoring for the development of Ikorodu was awarded the degree in Public Administration for his unrivaled urge for the growth of his community. In a joint congratulatory message by the executive members of Igbega Ikorodu Movement, the organization saluted it's Convener on this current achievement, noting that this didn't come as a surprise because Dr. Samson Bisiriyu is known as someone poised for excellence.
