Samson Bisiriyu Pays Condolence Visit To Alhaji Anifowose's Family





Samson Bisiriyu has paid a condolence visit to the family of late Alhaji Abideen Olukayode Anifowose who passed away earlier in the week.

While speaking with one of the deceased children, Hon Segun Anifowose ( Former Sole Administrator Ikorodu West LCDA), Samson Bisiriyu eulogizes the late Apex leader of the APC in Ikorodu division. He stated that the likes of Baba is rare that Ikorodu has truly lost a rare gem.

The death of Alhaji Anifowose came barely few months  after Ikorodu had lost three (3) of her prominent leaders. 

The passing of the 82-year-old grassroots politician, interestingly, makes it the fourth time that Ikorodu Division will be bidding farewell to a political leader since the beginning of the year 2022.



Alhaji Abideen Olukayode Anifowose, a leader of the ruling party in Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Alhaji Abideen Olukayode Anifowoshe died on Wednesday, April 13 at the age of 82.

The remains of the late politician who was popularly called ‘Baba Anifowose’ was buried the same day in accordance with Islamic rites.

Igbega Ikorodu's Samson Bisiriyu Awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree

The Convener of Igbega Ikorodu Movement, Comrade Samson Bisiriyu has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Ultimate University of Science and Technology, Republic of Benin. Comrade Samson Bisiriyu who is also a former aspirant of Ikorodu consistuency 1 at the Lagos State State House of Assembly in the last 2023 general elections was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration during the Convocation ceremony of the prestigious University in the Republic of Benin. Dr. Samson Bisiriyu who had been one of the topmost voices clamoring for the development of Ikorodu was awarded the degree in Public Administration for his unrivaled urge for the growth of his community. In a joint congratulatory message by the executive members of Igbega Ikorodu Movement, the organization saluted it's Convener on this current achievement, noting that this didn't come as a surprise because Dr. Samson Bisiriyu is known as someone poised for excellence.
