2023 POLLS: SABCO CONGRATULATES ALL APC CANDIDATES


The Samson Bisiriyu Campaign Organization (SABCO Igbega Ikorodu Movement) has congratulated candidates of All Progressives Congress (APC) that emerged victorious in the recently conducted Presidential/National assembly and Governorship/HOA polls in the Ikorodu division of Lagos state.

In a congratulatory message on Sunday, the convener of the group, Comrade Samson Bisiriyu said the President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu deserves every commendation, and wished that his victory with that of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, Senator Tokunbo Abiru of Lagos East Senatorial District, and Hon. Babajimi Benson MHR of Ikorodu Federal Constituency at the center will bring succor to the people of Ikorodu division.


The group also urged elected candidates under the APC to see their victory as a 'call to duty', noting that they should do everything possible for the people not to regret voting en masse for them.


He said: “We wish to begin with congratulating the President-elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate Senator Kashim Shettima, APC National Chairman Senator Abdullahi Adamu, President Muhammad Buhari for ensuring the successful conduct of elections.


“Also worthy of commendation are the Director General APC campaign Council, APC National Youth Leader, SouthWest Youth Coordinators, Lagos State Coordinators of all support groups in the APC.


“We’re indeed hopeful that Nigeria will witness yet another milestone of development and unity greeted with mass constructions and economic development from the Federal Government level down to the local government area, especially as it affects Ikorodu division and Lagos state at large."

Igbega Ikorodu's Samson Bisiriyu Awarded Honorary Doctorate Degree

The Convener of Igbega Ikorodu Movement, Comrade Samson Bisiriyu has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Ultimate University of Science and Technology, Republic of Benin. Comrade Samson Bisiriyu who is also a former aspirant of Ikorodu consistuency 1 at the Lagos State State House of Assembly in the last 2023 general elections was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration during the Convocation ceremony of the prestigious University in the Republic of Benin. Dr. Samson Bisiriyu who had been one of the topmost voices clamoring for the development of Ikorodu was awarded the degree in Public Administration for his unrivaled urge for the growth of his community. In a joint congratulatory message by the executive members of Igbega Ikorodu Movement, the organization saluted it's Convener on this current achievement, noting that this didn't come as a surprise because Dr. Samson Bisiriyu is known as someone poised for excellence.
