IgbegaIkoroduNorth Movement Launches IgbegaEko for Students
The IgbegaEko Project it's mandate to ensure academic excellence across Ikorodu North LCDA visited all Government Senior Secondary Schools in the Ikorodu North local council development area. The Convener, Dr. Samson Bisiriyu has charged the students(SSS3) on the need to shun all forms of societal ills/distractions in order to ensure they succeed in their academics. He said the future of Ikorodu North LCDA, Lagos State and Nigeria as a country at large depends on the level of academic prowess and problem solving skills of today's learners. He advised the learners to take responsibility for the good or poor performances of their academic journey in public examinations such as the West African Examination Certificate (WAEC) and the National Examination Council (NECO) examinations. “Government, on its part, is doing everything possible to provide the enabling environment for you to perform your functions as learners.
