UPDATE: The Bisiriyu Family Announces The Burial Ceremony of Their Matriarch


BURIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

With deep sorrow but gratitude to God for a life well spent, the Bisiriyu family announces the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and matriarch, Mrs. Susannah Morayo Maria Fapero Bisiriyu (Nee Ajasa Lamberu), who peacefully transitioned to glory on the 28th day of March, 2025.

The burial ceremony is scheduled as follows:

THURSDAY, APRIL 3RD, 2025 - CHRISTIAN WAKE-KEEP.

VENUE: Patriarch Bolaji METHODIST Cathedral ITA-ELEWA IKORODU.

 TIME: 4 PM.


FUNERAL SERVICE

FRIDAY APRIL 4TH, 2025.

TIME: 10AM

 VENUE: Patriarch Bolaji METHODIST Cathedral ITA-ELEWA IKORODU. 

We invite family, friends, and well-wishers to join us in celebrating her life and paying our final respects. May her soul rest in perfect peace.

In a move to promote spiritual enlightenment and community development, Nasir Titilope Andu-Balogun(NTA), a chairmanship aspirant for the Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) is set to host a Ramadan lecture at Igbogbo Central Mosque, Igbogbo, Lagos. The event is expected to bring together religious scholars, community leaders, youth groups, and residents across Igbogbo-Bayeku LCDA to reflect on the teachings of Ramadan and its relevance to governance. The Global Education Award (GEA) in Nigeria is an award that recognizes educational excellence and is supported by UNESCO and organized by a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Its national objective is to highlight and promote the role of education enthusiasts and educators as professionals contributing to the development of their students, educational communities, and the country.  Dr. Samson Bisiriyu has been nominated for the award for his major impact and landmark achievements in the educational space.
